Residential — Lifetime Limited Warranty
Every Hanstone surface is backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty for the original owner. Covers manufacturing defects in material under normal residential use. Product must be registered within 30 days of installation with proof of full payment. Repair or replacement at manufacturer's discretion.
Note: exact color matching cannot be guaranteed for replacements.
Commercial — 10-Year Limited Warranty
For commercial installations, Hanstone provides replacement materials for manufacturing defects during a 10-year period from installation date. Labor and installation costs are not included.
What's Not Covered
- Exterior or UV-exposed installations
- Installation or fabrication errors
- Impact damage, chips, cracks, scratches from use
- Heat damage (always use trivets)
- Normal wear and tear
- Color variance (inherent to natural quartz)

Residential — Limited Lifetime Warranty
Lucciare surfaces are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner in single-family residences. Covers repairs or replacement of material with manufacturing defects. Transferable to the first owner of newly constructed homes with pro-rated 10-year coverage. Registration required within 30 days of installation. Material must be maintained per Lucciare Care & Maintenance guidelines.
Commercial — Limited Lifetime Warranty
Commercial installations also receive a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects. Non-transferable, issued to the original structure owner. Material must remain in the original installed location and follow Lucciare care guidelines.
What's Not Covered
- Exterior installations and flooring use
- Impact damage, scratches, routine stains
- Improper fabrication or installation
- Seam separation from substrate movement
- Chemical damage
- Natural color variations
- Acts of God, vandalism, or accidents
